All Juvenile defendants (up to age 16) are required by law to appear at a scheduled court setting with a parent and/or legal guardian to discuss the legal matter with the presiding judge of the court.  The court will notify the juvenile defendant and the parent/guardian of the court setting date/time/location by USPS mail.

Therefore, please DO NOT pay the citation until you have appeared at your scheduled court setting.  The judge will set the amount of your violation.

***  Any "fix it ticket" such as Expired Registration can be handled outside of a court setting if done within the first 20 business days of the date of citation.  You will be required to pay a "dismissal fee" on all fix it tickets.  You can contact the court if you have questions regarding "fix it tickets".

All Minor defendants (age 17) are required as per order of this court to appear at a scheduled court setting with a parent and/or legal guardian to discuss the legal matter with the presiding judge of the court.  The court will notify the minor defendant and the parent/guardian of the court setting date/time/location by USPS mail.
