Master Thoroughfare Plan
The City of Rhome contracted with Kimley-Horn Engineers to complete the City of Rhome Master Thoroughfare Plan. The Council appointed a committee made up of staff and select residents, and held a series of meetings, presenting their final report to Council in November of 2020.
