Garbage Collection
Trash pick-up is twice a week on Tuesday and Friday. It is very important that all trash fits inside your trash cart, otherwise Waste Connections will not take the extra trash left beside the cart. All carts should be set out at the curb by 6 a.m. on pick-up days.
Rhome residents are required to sign-up for trash services. The current rate for trash service is $16.65 monthly; this includes twice a week pick-up, monthly bulk trash pick-up and quarterly hazardous waste pick-up. Each new service account includes one (1) trash bin. If a resident wants an extra trash bin the cost is an extra $5.79 each month.
Contact City Hall at 817-636-2462 to sign up for new service or to obtain an extra trash bin.
If you need an additional cart they are currently $5.79 extra each month.
Commercial users sign-up directly with Waste Connections.
