Reunion and Bluestem Master Planned Developments
PMB is the developer of what was once known as the Rolling V Ranch and is now a 3,400-acre, 10,000 home Master Planned community in the City of Rhome's extra-territorial jurisdiction (ETJ). Guided by a Developer's Agreement inked in 2019, the City of Rhome and PMB have partnered together to provide services and bring a unique living opportunity that will benefit the region. While not currently in the city limits of Rhome, the Developer's Agreement provides the opportunity for Rhome to annex the property some time in the future when it makes economic sense.
